Fire Safety Warning: If the fireplace is left on while fires are enabled, the house will eventually catch fire. When this happens, everyone in the server is notified which house is burning. Fires can be extinguished by equipping a fire extinguisher and holding left click.
Note: Not to be confused with House Bans, a feature where the player is able to kick other players out of their home. House Bans prevent other players from entering your house until they get unbanned.

Disaster Pack Features
If the player owns the Disaster Pack, they can trigger different disasters inside their house, such as floods, earthquakes, or alien invasions.
Floods: Fill your house with water for aquatic roleplay
Earthquakes: Shake the foundation of your house realistically
Alien Invasions: Summon extraterrestrial visitors to your home
On Demand Fire: Instantly trigger a house fire that can't be extinguished
Important: If the player has On Demand Fire, they can instantly trigger a house fire. They can do this with the Disaster Pack too but the fire can't be extinguished.
Apartments
The Apartments are located above the Grocery Store. There is the bottom floor apartment, and the top floor penthouse, which requires the Penthouse Pass. To get to the apartments, go up the staircase next to the Grocery Store.

Estates
Estates are premium residential properties that cost 799 Robux. Unlike houses, you don't need additional passes for specific estates because all estates are included in a single game pass - the Estates Unlocked Game Pass which gives you access to all estates.
There are 3 estate plots: North Estate, South Estate, and Island Estate. The Island Estates have a boat dock area and an elevator going up to the normal estate. The estates are significantly larger than regular houses.
